Just a quick post before heading to bed - hutong tour and Forbidden City were interesting today. But the hit activity was visiting a silk factory including the machinery to spin silk thread from the cocoon of silk moths. The girls each got a silkworm cocoon, and were busy unwinding the silk thread from it. Tomorrow is the Great Wall. Photos soon!
